1. Services

PDS Premium sells or distributes lawful digital products and subscription services only where the business has the required authorization, license, reseller rights or other lawful basis.

2. Orders & Payment

Customers must provide accurate information. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified by the payment gateway. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3. Third-party services

Third-party products remain subject to the relevant provider's terms, eligibility, usage limits and policies. Customers must not misuse, resell or share a service where the provider prohibits it.

4. Delivery

Digital delivery may be provided by activation, license key, account/service access or another provider-approved method. Delivery time may vary by product.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the nature/status of the digital product.

6. Prohibited activities

Fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, account abuse, unlawful activity and attempts to bypass provider restrictions are prohibited.

১. সেবা

PDS Premium শুধুমাত্র বৈধভাবে বিক্রয়/বিতরণ করার অনুমতি, লাইসেন্স, reseller/partner rights অথবা আইনসম্মত ভিত্তি থাকা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও subscription service সরবরাহ করবে।

২. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

গ্রাহককে সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে। Payment gateway সফলভাবে payment verify করার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হবে। সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

৩. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট provider-এর terms, eligibility, usage limits ও policy অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করতে হবে। Provider নিষেধ করলে service share বা unauthorized resale করা যাবে না।

৪. ডেলিভারি

পণ্য অনুযায়ী activation, license key, account/service access অথবা অনুমোদিত অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে digital delivery দেওয়া হতে পারে।

৫. রিফান্ড

Refund-এর নিয়ম আমাদের Refund & Cancellation Policy এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট digital product-এর ধরন ও delivery status-এর ওপর নির্ভর করবে।

৬. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম

Fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, account abuse, বেআইনি কার্যক্রম এবং provider-এর restriction bypass করার চেষ্টা নিষিদ্ধ।
